Descriptions of the functions

-- The Drive unit with motor & reducer for pipe rotation & also carry the pipe traveling on rails.

Conventional Rotator Design Features:

It is widely used for welding, installation and polishing of cylinders in oil and gas,platform supports,storage tanks, tankers, pressure vessel,wind power, pipeline, boiler, boiler, shipyard, steel structure, nuclear power and other industries.

Turning rolls make it easy to rotate cylindrical containers during welding and fabrication, resulting in higher quality and more efficient production. Our heavy-duty, built-to-last conventional turning rolls are designed and manufactured to tolerate the hardest, hard-wearing and unrelenting workload environments. The powered drive units are controlled by a five-function pendant with a variable speed potentiometer, giving the operator complete control of the rotating vessel.
Use reserved bolt hole or screw to adjust the center distance of roller group to adapt to the change of workpiece diameter.
Steel-rubber combination roller, large bearing capacity, strong driving capacity.Equipped inverter stepless speed regulation, wide speed range, high precision, large starting torque.

Product Parameters

CR CE rollers feature all-fabricated-steel base construction with wheel carriages that can be  positioned to accommodate vessels of varying diameters around a constant centre-line. One drive motor is inverter controlled variable frequency AC type with fan cooling. Drive two reduction worm and wheel gearboxes are used for enhanced durability and extended overhaul intervals. Drive and idler wheel shafts are housed in deep groove type roller bearings and synchronous rotation. Both the drive roll and idler roll have lifting hole on the frames for easy maneuverability. Control boxes have IP55 rated enclosures and utilize variable frequency AC control electrical systems with full CE certification. In addition, our company has certified by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to ensure all our products establish safe working loads in the weld automation industry.

       A: Our company perfectly support customized logo service, but it will be extra service fee for logo modeling or if you could provide.
