Organic fertilizer fermentation tank


Technical Principles:
The organic fertilizer fermentation tank utilizes the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation to rapidly reproduce under certain temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environmental conditions. Consume organic matter, protein, and oxygen in materials. And produce ammonia, carbon dioxide, and water vapor through metabolism. During this period, alarge amount of heat will be released to increase the temperature inside the tank.
As an environmental protection equipment, organic solid waste undergoes short-term continuous aerobic fermentation under the decomposition of microorganisms. After microbial fermentation, deodorization, and maturation, it is processed into organic fertilizer that can be used for crops.
Process flow
After dehydration, organic waste is mixed with a certain proportion of auxiliary materials and fermentation agents, and enters an aerobic fermentation tank for full reaction. The discharged materials can be subjected to secondary fermentation (aging) or used as return materials. After secondary aging, the material meets the organic fertilizer standard.
