Advanced Automatic Packaging Machine for Plastic Granules and Fertilizers

The fully automatic packaging machine is a packaging equipment used for automatic bag picking, opening, bagging, filling, and sealing of pillow type packaging bags (straight bags, M-bags). It can achieve a series of automated operations such as bag retrieval, bag opening, mechanical glove bag, bag clamp clamping, material filling, bag opening shaping and sealing, and conveying.

Automatic bag supply machine (bag warehouse): provides empty packaging bags for the automatic packaging machine, and the operator places the empty packaging bags on the bag supply warehouse. The rest of the actions are automatically completed by the equipment. When one stack of bags is used up, the other stack of packaging bags will automatically reach the pick-up position.

Parameter settings are completed on the touch screen, enabling real-time monitoring of the packaging unit and easy operation. Pneumatic components such as solenoid valves, as well as precision products such as touch screens and weighing instruments, are designed to be sealed and not exposed for installation. They are suitable for use in dusty environments and ensure that the equipment has a long lifespan.

Bag clamp device: Clamp the open packaging bag at the discharge port, and after the bag clamp automatic discrimination system determines that the bag is in the correct position, the weighing electronic scale discharge door is opened, and the bag clamp mouth is also opened to fill the material.

The packaging bag with materials loaded at the bag clamp is placed at the discharge port, and at the same time, the material bag is clamped by the clamping device of the delivery cart and sent to the sealing and introduction device to ensure that the bag mouth is sealed smoothly in a straight line shape.

Electrical components (cylinders, solenoid valves, sensors, and PLC controllers, etc.) are selected from well-known domestic and foreign brands: cylinders and solenoid valves are selected from Japanese SMC, PLC controllers are selected from SIMENS, weighing control instruments are selected from Japanese UNIPULSE.

The bag clamp device integrates a packaging bag set detection system and a vacuum dual discrimination function, which can accurately determine the status of the packaging bag set, ensure the integrity of the set, and eliminate the risk of material leakage.

The bag retrieval and delivery mode adopts horizontal bag retrieval and bag opening positioning, which has high tolerance for size errors in bag manufacturing and can reduce the cost of bag making for users.

Automatic bagging robot: grabs the open packaging bag on the bag feeding platform and rotates it to lift it to the bag clamp position.
