Product Description
Principle:
Utilizing the chemical reaction between CO2 and solvent to form a rich liquid, then the rich liquid enters the flash tower and desorption tower for heating and decomposing CO2, and the absorption and desorption alternate to achieve the separation of CO2 and the recycling of the solution. The widely used method in industry is the amine method for decarburization, and its main reaction process is as follows:

Process:
After desulfurization and compression, biogas enters the biogas absorption tower after being dusted and oil-removed and is fully counter-currently absorbed by lean liquid and semi-lean liquid. Most of the CO2 gas in the raw gas is absorbed, and the purified gas without CO2 is cooled and dehydrated at the top of the tower to meet the relevant standards for natural gas. The impure purified gas is returned to the inlet of the compression unit.
The amine solution absorbs enough CO2 from the raw gas to become a rich absorbent, which enters the top of the flash tower for spray flashing, and part of the CO2 is released from the rich absorbent. The liquid after flashing part of the CO2 in the flash tower is called semi-lean liquid. After being pressurized by a semi-lean liquid pump, a part of it is sent to the middle of the absorption tower for recycling absorption, and the other part is heated and regenerated in the regeneration tower after being exchanged heat.
Products Quality: Meet different natural gas standards, the main standard indicators are listed as follows:
CH4 yield: > 96%
