The ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter boasts cutting-edge mono-crystalline silicon composite sensors and a sophisticated modular design. By harnessing an advanced amplification system and a high-speed dual A/D converter, the sensor's signal is transformed into a digital format. This digital signal then undergoes precise linear and temperature corrections within the microprocessor, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and reliability.
For transmitters featuring HART protocol, the signal is elegantly converted into a 4mA ~ 20mA DC signal superimposed with HART data via a D/A converter. Meanwhile, transmitters with PROFIBUS-PA and FF protocols offer direct output of fully digital PROFIBUS-PA and FF signals. Key data from the measuring unit and the functional parameters of the transmitter are meticulously stored in two separate EEPROMs. Users can conveniently adjust parameters directly at the measurement site using the three adjustment buttons and view measurement results, fault information, and operation modes on the LCD display. Alternatively, parameter settings can be configured through HART, PROFIBUS-PA, and FF protocols.

ZY8000 Intelligent Transmitter guarantees a basic accuracy of 0.1% FS (up to 0.075% FS). Even after ten years of continuous operation, it maintains an impressive 99.9% accuracy, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The robust metal housing and fully sealed measuring elements can withstand extreme chemical and mechanical stresses with ease. Its superior anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities ensure that the ZY8000 remains highly stable and reliable.
Equipped with integrated diagnostic functions, the ZY8000 can monitor its status in real-time. In the event of a fault, it enters an alert mode, outputs an alert electric current (3.6mA or 22.8mA), and provides control signals for system interlock and SIS safety systems. When a fault is detected, the LCD display automatically shows an error message (Err), analyzing and identifying the faulty unit, thus simplifying maintenance, repair, and replacement.convenient.
The diagnostic function can also be activated through HART, FF, PA, and other communication protocols, with alarms expressed as warning or fault protection currents. It automatically diagnoses the running status of SENSOR, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and software. If the electronic unit or measuring element is damaged, the specific faulty part can be replaced directly on site without requiring readjustment.
