The press machine has the function of mold removal, which is suitable for the production of automobiledisc brake pads, motorcycle disc brake pads, bicycle brake pads, etc., and can also be used for thehot pressing forming of various types of steam turbine brake pads that need to be removed from the mold.

Preparation: Weigh an appropriate amount of the mixed raw materials and put them into the mold. Then turn on the heating system to preheat the mold to a proper temperature (usually around 150ºC - 200ºC). Pressing: Start the pressing system. The upper mold moves downward to apply pressure (ranging from dozens of tons to hundreds of tons) on the raw materials for several seconds to dozens of seconds.

Pressure Holding: After reaching the set pressure, maintain the pressure for 10 to 30 seconds to ensure the uniform and stable distribution of materials and prevent defects.
Demolding: When the pressure holding is completed, the upper mold is lifted, and the lower mold ejects the formed brake pad. After demolding, the brake pad undergoes cooling and subsequent processing to become the finished product.
