| Brief | This induction machine is mainly used for local heating hardening of metal parts, aims to change the rigidity of the metal materials through the heat treatment to workpieces. |
| Working principle | It adopts IGBT series and parallel induction heating technology as the core.Heats the metal parts to a certain temperature, and then cool it rapidly to change the surface structure of the parts,to achieve some special mechanical properties. The principle is the magnetic induction heating principle. The selection of oscillation frequency is that the deeper the quenching layer is, the lower the frequency is needed, when the quenching area is big, and quenching layer is thin, big wattage quenching equipment is needed. |
