The ZKG series dry granulation process offered by Zhejiang Jiangnan Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. is a state-of-the-art innovation in granulating technology. Our system expertly blends prepared powder raw materials, which are then introduced into the hopper. Through the ingenious design of the double-cone unequal-distance feeding screw, materials are efficiently transported and pre-compressed, making their way to the top of two extrusion wheels. At this stage, the material is strategically pressurized from five sides. As these wheels rotate, the raw powder is transformed into robust flakes through the might of our advanced hydraulic system. These flakes subsequently descend into the granulating mechanism, where they are meticulously crushed down into well-defined particles with consistent density. This remarkable technology eliminates the cumbersome traditional granulating processes, paving the way for direct tablet compression or capsule filling.
