Aromatic base mineral oil as a rubber plasticizer is a petroleum-derived product. It is mainly used in the rubber industry. By permeating among rubber molecules and increasing the distance between them, it plays a plasticizing role, making the rubber softer and easier to process. - Aromatic base mineral oil as a rubber plasticizer is mainly used in the rubber industry.
It can improve the processing performance of rubber. For example, it makes rubber easier to handle during mixing, calendering, extrusion and other processing procedures, just like adding oil to dough to make it easier to knead. Moreover, it can reduce the hardness and viscosity of rubber, increase the flexibility and plasticity of rubber, enabling rubber to better fill molds and produce various complicated rubber products. Meanwhile, it can also improve the cold resistance and other properties of rubber, so that rubber products can maintain good elasticity and physical properties even in low temperature environments. - It widely used in natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, butyl rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, ethylene propylene rubber, polyisoprene rubber, EPDM rubber.
