Leading the charge in ceramic advancements, we've developed a cutting-edge pressureless sintering process for SB4C, complemented by our own state-of-the-art furnace equipped with advanced temperature field control. This innovation dramatically increases furnace output by tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by 50%, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press methods, earning us three invention patents.
•High Purity
As pioneers in the field, we invented a nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary grinding equipment and advanced media. This innovation allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving extraordinary purity levels of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm, earning two invention patents.

Our robust infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
