BRIEF INTRODUCTION
JGF-5000C+ is a high speed milling, accuracy embedding, online lamination and detection in One operation production line.
With double cards detection, color sensor or QR detection, double high speed milling stations with antenna protecting detector, antenna welding hole slot and cavity can be completed at the same time, a cleaning system to remove impurities and waste after slotting completely. With cavity depth measurement and cavity hole CCD inspection, the modules flatness and integrity detected by CCD inspection, the efficiency antenna conductive detection which ensure the high quality of embedding. Smartware to inspect ATR and ATS is available on the machine.
