This unit is a air cooling pelletizer /granulator machine,which is not only suitable all kind of PE material but also PBAT PLA  raw material bags,it is a environmental protective and energy saving wastage film recycling machine ,1000KGS pelleting only need 210KW power ,the run temparature is about 130-160(base on the different material will have a different temperature),the heating time is  15-20mins ,It can be turn on at any time,the machine screw diameter is 90mm ,and the actual capacity is 90-120kg/h.

The left picture is circle die for cutting material from extruder ,and the cutting motor power is 0.75KW ,the brand is Siemens or TECO ,the bottom is a 2.2KW power fan ,which can cooling the pelleting soonest .
