PPS Filter bag Materials Advantage
PPS fiber, chemical name Polyphenylene Sulfide, can be continuously used under 160ºC, it has a good acid and alkali resistance. We select the excellent PPS fiber to needle into felt through the process of calendering, heat setting, including the water and oil resistant treatment.
This felt has a good hydrolysis stability, and can be used in the condition where SOx present. It is also available when the oxyen content is below 14%, but the operation temperature should be lowered. When there is humid and of high adhesivity, high concentration, it could be chosen.
