Introduction
Leshan multiple sports Center air membrane structure is located in Leshan City, Sichuan Province, with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters. The center's ceiling is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane material, which brings unique visual effects and long-lasting durability to the stadium.
This sports center is a comprehensive stadium integrating sports competitions, cultural activities and leisure entertainment. Its design uses advanced construction technology and materials to provide an excellent user experience. The overall exterior uses a PTFE membrane structure roof supported by a flexible suspension system, and its design looks like an irregular oval. The cable structure of this project is a hybrid structure of single and double-layer cable nets. It is a new structural system which construction process is relatively complicated. The performance is as follows: the internal force of the cables is large, and the maximum unbalanced force of some cable clamps exceeds 750 tons (It is the largest unbalance force of stadium construction currently under construction ).
