Product Introduction
During the development of gas storage facilities, the sealing integrity at the joints of oil and casing pipes is crucial for ensuring the long-term stable production of injection wells and determining whether the annulus is under pressure. Factors such as material processing errors, collisions during transportation, and the cleanliness of thread seal surfaces can all affect the sealing integrity of these joints. To ensure the sealing integrity of oil and casing pipe connections in wells, each connection must undergo gas-tight seal testing during the lowering process. The equipment mainly consists of an ultra-high pressure power system, a hydraulic winch and control console, an energy storage unit, an INFICON helium detector, a data acquisition device, high-pressure pipelines, and sealing tools.Ultra-High Pressure Power System
The ultra-high pressure power system uses a Caterpillar diesel engine as the power source, with a pneumatic clutch for control and a container chassis as the installation base. This high-pressure pump system provides the necessary ultra-high-pressure water power source, hydraulic power source, and pneumatic control power source required for the gas-tight seal detection equipment. The system features stable output pressure, adjustable flow, smooth operation, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The system is primarily composed of a high-pressure plunger pump, pneumatic system, waterway system, hydraulic system, pneumatic clutch, diesel engine, and control panel.

Q:How about the payment?
A: For new clients, advance payment(30%-100% of total amount) is required, the balance need to be paid before the delivery after your inspection.
Q:How can I pay you?
A: By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit). After you receive the PI, you can make the payment through your bank as per the terms mentioned in PI.
Q: What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email ,TM or other social media; then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to make full payment or deposit before we go into production.After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. Depending on the products you order, we usually a couple of days or even moths to complete production if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we shall arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How do you deal with defective products received by the clients?
A: If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace them in next shipment.
