Cooling & heating MTC is cooling and heating concentrated in one of the temperature control equipment, the heat transfer medium is water, heat conduction performance is good, energy saving and environmental protection suitable for water resources easy to obtain areas, temperature control range 7-120°C, temperature control accuracy of ±0.1°C; With two functions of heating and cooling, two sets of independent temperature control system automatically adjust the precise temperature control, can faster improve the production efficiency, improve product detects, reduce defect rate, reduce production energy consumption.

1. To adopt microcomputer dual P.I.D. automatic calculation controller, can be two-way control (heating and cooling),rapid heating and cooling speed lead temperature to be kept precisely and stably with accuracy up to +0.1ºC.
2. To adopt touch-screen controller, separated electrical control, electric control box and machine body are isolated to acquire good effects on heat insulation , can extend the service life of electrical components.

Heating:
1. Safety protection and fault indication system includes: main power non-fuse braker; pump reversal and overload protection, protection against water shortage and overheating protection, easy operation and maintenance.
2. 304 stainless steel integrated pipelines with less pipe resistance and even heating for long service life.
3. The mold return oil and operates under full negative pressure; air exhausting function.
4. Forced cooling can quickly change mold to save time.

1. To adopt imported superb compressor and water pump, stable performance, durable and low noise.
2. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell evaporator and seamless spiral copper tube, long service life, ensure good water quality.
3. To adopt High efficiency tube-in-shell condenser, fast heat-dispersion, greatly improve cooling speed result in excellent heat-exchange effect.
4. Built -in 304 stainless steel insulated water tank with durable service life, easy to clean and maintenance.
5. Complete safety devices including power reverse phase & power short phase and anti-freeze protection.
6. Compressor & pump are equipped with overload protection.
7. R407C/R410A ozone -friendly refrigerant are available for option.
