gas Classifier Mill Plant for Chemical Particle Industry Wf-400
The classifier is composed of an upper cylinder, an air screen body, a lower cylinder, a classification rotor, and an exhaust pipe. Depending on the feeding method, the material enters the classifier through a slanted pipe beside the upper cylinder from the feeder. The material falls freely, and the coarse particles fall along the cylinder wall at the screening body, while the fine powder rises to the classification wheel. Under the action of centrifugal force, some coarse particles fall back to the screening body for further dispersion and classification. The qualified fine particles are discharged out of the machine through the exhaust pipe, and the coarse particles are discharged through the outlet of the lower cylinder. The material can also enter through the primary air inlet for better classification results.
The classifier has a wide range of classification, high classification accuracy, high classification efficiency, compact structure, convenient operation, maintenance, and cleaning. The classification particle size is easy to adjust, it occupies a small space, and is easy to install. It can be operated in a closed-loop circuit with a mechanical crusher or an air flow mill to increase effective production capacity. In closed-loop operation, it allows for the crushing of heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials in the mechanical crusher.
This machine is an air classifier and is suitable for the classification of non-sticky materials. It can classify spherical, flake, and fibrous particles. It is applicable in industries such as chemical, mineral, building materials, electronics, pharmaceutical, pesticide, coating, dye, food, metallurgy, and feed, and can classify various organic and inorganic substances.
