Product Description

Alumina Bubble Brick is a brick made of alumina hollow spheres as the main raw material, high-performance alumina ultrafine powder as an additive, organic materials as a binder, and dried and formed. It has low thermal conductivity, thermal insulation and high compressive strength, and can work at the maximum temperature below 1800ºC. Alumina foam brick has excellent heat resistance and heat insulation performance, and can be directly used as the working lining of high temperature kiln. It is mainly used in metallurgy, refractory materials, ceramics, petrochemicals and other fields, and can be used as a refractory lining for high-temperature kilns. Pyrolysis furnace, hot air furnace, heating furnace, tunnel kiln, slab kiln, crucible furnace, electric furnace, etc.
