Alkali-free quick-setting agent liquid
A kind of alkali-free concrete quick-setting agent and its processing method, containing 30~65 parts of aluminum sulfate, 2~8 parts of organic amine, 1~5 parts of suspending agent and 20~35 parts of water by weight, grinding and processing of aluminum sulfate, passing through 80~300 mesh sieve, and adding into the mixing solution of organic amine, suspending agent and water of the said weight parts, and dissolving it under the condition of 40~100ºC, and at the same time, mixing it strongly with high speed stirrer for 10 ~ 30 minutes, mixing uniformly and then emulsified with an emulsifier for 5 ~ 10 minutes, that is, to obtain the desired alkali-free liquid quick-setting agent; aluminum sulfate and organic amines grinding and processing, through 80 ~ 300 mesh sieve, that is, to obtain the desired alkali-free dry powder quick-setting agent. The alkali-free quick-setting agent of the present invention has no alkali, no chlorine, no irritating odor, good adhesion, low rebound, high late strength preservation rate, and high impermeability level, and the addition of the alkali-free quick-setting agent of the present invention to shotcrete can bring about a better working environment and a considerable market value.
