Working Principle :
The wet compressed air is from the butterfly valve 1 to the bottom of the tower A from the air inlet,Through the diffuser,The compressed air enters smoothly into the tower A,flowing through the dry bed,Moisture is absorbed,Make pressure dew point reduced to 40 ºC,Dry compressed air flows from the top of the tower A,through the check butterfly valve C1 to enter the point of use of compressed air.While adsorbing the Tower A, the Tower B regenerates the adsorbent.At this point, the moisture content of the adsorbent in tower B is saturated,drain pressure in the tower to one atmosphere by dropping valve 4,5 and muffler OS.After reducing pressure,Air Blower BL starting,entering into the atmosphere,Heating up through the heater EH,The adsorbent in the tower B is regenerating, the air is heated between 120 ºC to 180 ºC.Hot air enter into Tower B,When flowing through the absorbent bed, the water is released from the surface of the adsorbent, and into the air, the heated regeneration air are released into the atmosphere by the butterfly valve 4,5 and muffler OS.After the heating stage, The adsorbent is regenerated, but adsorbent temperature is still high, before adsorbing the compressed air, must be to reduce the temperature, in order to obtain the optimal adsorption effect.The equipment is cooled by a water-cooled HT after cooler rather than a dry finished product, thus saving energy.In the process, through a series of Matching Application of the valve, the Blower and the tower B form a closed loop, avoid heaters, flowing through the after cooling, the blower cooling down the air into the tower B, the cooling air through the adsorption takes the heat away. And then enter the standby and voltage-sharing of Tower A , then the two towers at the same time adsorption for some time, the last two towers automatically switch to the next cycle.
