Process:
Paijin vacuum furnaces consist of a furnace body, heating system, vacuum system, gas recharge system, and control & measure systems. They can be used for various processes, including:

We offer two types of hot zone materials:
- Graphite Hot Zones: These hot zones are long-lasting and provide excellent return on investment. They are robust, economical to repair, and feature hearth designs with high creep strength.
- All-Metal Molybdenum Hot Zones: If your process is susceptible to graphite contamination, our molybdenum hot zones are the perfect solution. They have a "double-U" profile, making them easy to install and replace.
We also offer custom hot zone construction, such as graphite insulation with moly heating elements, to meet unique application requirements.
Payment Terms and Ordering Process:
We accept payment by TT (20% TT in advance, 50% TT after confirmation of drawings, and 30% TT after PSI but before loading on board) or 100% LC at sight. The ordering process involves:
