Aluminized Steel Sheet

High Temperature Resistance: The aluminized steel sheet, produced by DA LIAN MESCO STEEL CO., LTD., offers excellent high temperature resistance. With a special combination of steel plate substrate and coating structure, it forms an iron-aluminum alloy that can guarantee high reflectivity at temperatures up to 450°C. Even at 650°C, the protective layer against oxidation remains intact without any falling off.

Heat Reflectivity: The aluminized sheet reflects 80% of the heat input at 480 degrees Celsius. This makes it an efficient heat insulation barrier or heat reflector in high temperature applications, allowing for rapid temperature increase in furnaces through effective heat reflection.

Mechanical Strength: At room temperature, the mechanical strength of the aluminized sheet is equivalent to its base material. However, at 480°C, the strength of the aluminized steel sheet is ten times higher than that of aluminum sheet. This allows for a reduction in steel sheet thickness by at least 30%.

Corrosion Resistance: The aluminized sheet undergoes a hot dipping process where molten aluminum reacts with oxygen to form a stable and insoluble Al2O3 protective layer. This layer passivates the surface of the steel plate, providing strong corrosion resistance to chemical corrosion. Even if the surface is scratched, the protective layer has a self-healing function.
