+Used for servo synchronous CNC corner assembly of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
+The feeding section, corner assembly section, and discharge end are transported by equal height and speed synchronous belts,
with servo opening and closing, which can achieve continuous corner assembly processing of doors and windows.
+A unique external corner auxiliary clamping component that can achieve multiple functions such as angle guidance, continuous
collision angle positioning, external corner positioning, upper pressing angle positioning, and pushing out after angle assembly.
+The internal angle positioning adopts a pneumatic lifting design. When the frame enters and exits, the internal angle positioning
device is hidden below the workbench, which can achieve fast and smooth loading and unloading.
+The two group angle knives with a single angle are driven by forward and reverse ball screw servo, and the synchronization of
the cutting is good. Adopting servo torque control to ensure cutting depth and accuracy.
+The whole machine adopts 17 servo motors to drive ball screws and 6 stepper motors to drive transmission, combined with
precision linear guides, with good automation and high motion accuracy.
+Configure an industrial computer for control, apply data exchange technology, and can be matched with upstream and downs-
tream equipment such as saw cutting centers and saw milling centers to achieve assembly line operations.
