  1. To complete the automatic square seam welding of fuel tank. For the square welding seam, its welding seam is irregular, so the welding torch is required to walk out of welding seam path. Meanwhile, it should guarantee that the welding specification is as even and uniform as possible. The welding seam appearance is good and smooth. It is convenient and reliable in use.
  2. Welding torch moves up-down, forward-backward to coordinate with workpiece rotation. Adopt short-distance push type wire feeding mechanism, to ensure the stability of wire feeding.
  3. Adopt CNC system to control 3-dimension actions of workpiece rotation and welding torch movement in up-down and forward-backward direction. Welding torch walks ou of welding seam path when the arc is burning continuously, to realize the normal welding of fuel tank square seam.
  4. Rotation speed is varying with the workpiece rotation position, to make sure the welding linear speed is the same.
  5. In the workpiece rotation process, the distance and angle between welding torch and workpiece does not change.
  6. Using PLC and CNC system to control the above process, and improve the reliability.
  7. Welding power source has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure that the welding seam is even and uniform.
  8. High power AC servo motor and driver control the rotation of rotary axis and welding torch forward-backward&up-down movement
  9. Using two welding torch can improve efficiency and reduce the deformation.

There are 3-dimension which respectively control the rotation of rotary axis, welding torch forward-backward and up-down movement. It consists of CNC control system, high power AC servo motor and motor driver.

Using PLC controls the whole machine operation. CNC system is used to control the rotation of rotary axis, welding torch forward-backward and up-down movement. 3-aixs linkage reaches the welding of square irregular seam. Non-contact open closed loop will detect the welding position.

Warranty: 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading.
The Seller shall bear responsibility for the entire machineries normally working during 12 months from the date of Bill of Lading. During warranty period, if are damages and disorders of equipment due to machine quality, The Seller shall be responsible for replacement of the defective parts with new parts. The warranty shall also include performance functions as defined in the offer. In the case that there is any defect The Buyer shall inform The Seller in writing and photos of the broken parts. The Seller will assist and deal with such damages within 15 days from receipt of The Buyer's above information.
The Seller doesn't guarantee the spare parts which are easily worn out / damaged. The Seller deems it his responsibility to furnish The Buyer these spare parts at prices reasonable or agreed.
The Seller doesn't guarantee equipment in case faults caused by operators' improper operation or electric source's breakdown.
Service condition:
1) When Sellers send engineer to Buyer's place for Installation, Commissioning and training for the machine in this contract in Buyer's place, Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees like, all tickets, accommodation for Seller's engineers.
2) Seller shall, within one week of receiving the above information, provide the required and qualified personnel to undertake supervision of installation, commissioning and training.
3) If the Buyer needs the service after sales from Seller, then Buyer shall undertake all the relative fees, like Round Tickets, Accommodation, Internal and international transportation, Labour cost of engineers etc.
4) When the Seller's engineer carries out the services in Buyer's place, Buyer shall arrange a Translator that can speak Chinese for Seller's engineer.
5) Labour cost for engineers: 100.00 USD per person, per day.
