Product Description
CMT can provide Synthetic Ammonia plant EPC Service, including design, equipment, installation, commissioning, training, etc.
The process gas for industrial production of synthetic ammonia is hydrogen and nitrogen. Solid raw materials commonly used include coal and coke; Liquid raw materials: liquid hydrocarbons, naphtha, heavy oil, etc; Gas raw materials include natural gas, oilfield gas, refinery gas, coke oven gas, etc. At present, the production process of synthetic ammonia using oil, coal, or natural gas as raw materials is relatively mature, and there are corresponding industrial devices in operation worldwide.
The project can use coke oven gas as raw material, and the H2 and N2 mixed gas after pre-treatment, desulfurization, transformation, PSA hydrogen extraction, fine desulfurization, methane purification, and methanation purification is then pressurized to 15Mpa by a combined compressor and sent to the ammonia synthesis (3H2+N2=2NH3) process to produce liquid ammonia.
