Introduction:
This feed pellet production line mainly includes raw material crushing, mixing, conveying, pelleting and packaging multi-function in one, advanced design, simple structure, wide applicability, small area, low noise.
The feed pellet machine can be equipped with various sizes(from 2mm to 8mm) of molds to produce different size pellets, which can be used to various ploutry, such as chicken,pig,cattle,rabbit,shrimp,fish etc.

1. Simple structure, wide applicability, small floor space, low noise powder feed, do not add water or little water granulation can be
carried out.
2. The moisture content of pellets smaller, more conducive to storage.
3. Grain hardness, surface finish, internal curing fully, can improve digestion and absorption of nutrients. So pathogenic microorganisms and parasites can be killed, be suitable for feeding rabbit, fish, duck and experimental animals.
4. The models has1.5~20 various diameter dies, be suitable for granulation of different materials and get the best results.

1T-2T Feed Pellet Line
Suitable for processing different kinds of raw materials:
1. Cereals:soybean, maize,corn, grain,sorghum,corn flour , wheat flour ,crop stalks (corn stalk, sorghum stalk, cotton, rape stalk,
peanut seedling, sunflower stalk), chaff, grasses, shrubs
2. Coarse fiber: wheat bran, corn stalk, soybean meal,grass meal,rice husk, grass, groundnut shell, cottonseed hull.
3. Additives: molasses, vegetable oil, Amino acid, bone meal, vitamin.
Final different size feed pellet:
1. Diameter of final feed pellets: 2mm, 3mm. 4mm, 5mm. 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc.
2. Length of feed pellet: Adjustable
Note:The same feed pellet line/machine can use die plates (with different hole diameters) to produce feed pellets of different sizes.
