This spray paint is commonly used to touch up or recoat galvanized surfaces, welds, and areas where the galvanized coating has been damaged, ensuring long-lasting protection against corrosion.
Usage Instructions:
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface to be coated by removing any rust, grease, or dirt. Ensure the surface is dry before application.
- Shake the Can: Shake the can thoroughly for about a minute to mix the contents properly.
- Application:
- Hold the can about 8-12 inches away from the surface.
- Spray in a sweeping motion, applying a thin, even coat of the cold galvanizing spray.
- Apply multiple coats if necessary, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
- Drying Time: Allow the coating to dry as per the manufacturer's instructions. Avoid exposing the coated surface to moisture until completely dry.
- Cleanup: Clean the nozzle of the spray can after use by turning it upside down and spraying until only gas comes out.

Q: Do you offer OEM branding services?

Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For OEM brands, the MOQ is one 20ft container. For our in-house brand, the MOQ is 6000 cans per item.
Q: How do you handle product transportation?
A: Our products are classified as DANGEROUS CARGO, CLASS 2.1, UN1950 due to their aerosol and flammable nature. In compliance with the IMDG CODE, all dangerous goods must be shipped in a DG container as Full Container Load (FCL). Non-compliance may result in a minimum fine of USD 8000.00, and pose risks and challenges during destination customs clearance.
Q: Is it possible to receive free samples?
A: We are happy to provide 1 to 2 cans of free samples without can printing. However, clients must initially cover the delivery cost of dangerous goods (DG), which will be refunded in their first container order.
