Terrazzo Tile is made by gravel, glass, quartz stone, marble, cement and others, By the steps of mixing , pressing, grinding, and polishing. The terrazzo tile made of cement adhesive is called inorganic grinding stone, and the terrazzo tile made of epoxy adhesive added called epoxy grinding stone or organic grinding stone, according to the construction process, it has on site pouring terrazzo tile and prefabricated terrazzo tile.
Tile Operational Process
step 1: sourcing raw materials to make terrazzo tile in local market, generally stone grains, pigment, cement, water, and others.
step 2: mixing and feeding, which is to mix the raw material, in this process, you can mixing by manuel or add an automatic mixing system. After full comprehensive mixing, the raw materials are ready to feed into molds.
step 3: pressure & forming the tile, when the mold is finished feeding, then we can press the button control to start pressure, with the tile machine its hydrualic pressure system, the finishe tile wil be strong enough with hign density. The semi finished terrazzo tile stacked up and pushed into a curing room with temperature between 25 degree to 30 degree to achieve stablity and initial hardening.
step 4: if need the surface to be smooth, the tile will be in the process of polishing to polish the tile with smoothly surface and make it more tiny and more beautiful.
step 5: the finished tile can be packed and ship to customer and directly use for construction works.
