The PRT-8DA Pesticide residue tester is a specialized instrument used to detect pesticide residues. It adopts the principles of enzyme inhibition and photoelectric colorimetry, and can quickly and accurately detect organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruits, vegetables and other fruit and vegetable products.
Pesticide residue testers are widely used in product quality supervision and inspection, health and epidemic prevention, environmental protection, business management, vegetable wholesale markets, vegetable production bases, supermarkets, shopping malls, pesticide residue monitoring systems and other departments for vegetables and fruits.
Test items :
1. The pesticide residue testers focuses on detecting pesticide residues such as organophosphates and amino acid esters in vegetables and fruits.
2. The test results can be both qualitative and quantitative, with the qualitative display showing inhibition rate and the quantitative display showing mg/kg.
3. 7-inch large LCD backlit display screen, easy to operate and upgrade on Android system, built-in GPS module
4. Built in thermal high-speed printer (no need to replace ribbon) can print barcodes, and the host screen displays: vegetable name, inhibition rate, pesticide content (quantitative), whether it is qualified, testing date, testing unit (can be modified on the host), latitude and longitude, temperature and humidity, radiation and other parameters.
5. More than 40 vegetable names can be set on the instrument host.
6. The instrument performs a self check of the light source when turned on, without the need for manual calibration with a light blocking block.
7. It can store ≥ 200000 pieces of detection information, with automatic data saving function. The stored data will not be lost after power failure, and it has complete query and statistical functions.
8. Reaction time and upper limit of qualification standards can be set on the host.
9. There are 8 measurement channels, which can be measured simultaneously or separately. The host has a built-in micro printer.
10. Upload stored data wirelessly via 4G/WIFI to a computer (suitable for automatic long-distance transmission and reporting of data from townships to supervisory departments);
11. User management: To prevent misoperation, the host has a built-in customer management system, and users can set their username and password.
12. Data query: Measurement data can be viewed and deleted by detection date and detection number.
13. It can perform functions such as single deletion, full deletion, printing, forward and reverse sorting, sorting by project name, and filtering by date on data.
