Product Description
The YBX4-BT4 series flameproof ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan cooling squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor manufactured using new materials, new processes, and optimized design, and is a new generation of energy-saving products. The YBX4-BT4 series motor has high efficiency, large starting torque, low noise, more reasonable structure, and mature cooling and heat dissipation conditions. The efficiency index of this series of motors meets the efficiency value of energy efficiency level 2 specified in GB18613-2020 "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", which is consistent with IE4 of IEC60034-30. The explosion-proof performance of the YBX4 series motor meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2021 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2021 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosures 'd'", and is made into a flameproof type. The explosion-proof marks of the YBX4 series motor are divided into: Ex db I AT4/BT4 Mb, Ex db II AT4/BT4/CT4 Gb.
The YBX4-CT4 series dust explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor is designed to meet the national standards GB12476.1-2013 "Electrical Equipment for Use in Combustible Dust Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB12476.5-2013 "Electrical Equipment for Use in Combustible Dust Environments Part 5: Enclosure Protection Type 'tD'". The explosion-proof designations are Ex tD A21 IP65 T130ºC and Ex tD A22 IP65T130ºC. The YBX4-CT4 series dust explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor complies with JB/T10352-2015.
Applications: plants containing methane and other gases (Exdb||AT4Gb, Exdb||T4Gb) containing Class A, B T1 ~ T4 group of combustible gases or vapours and air forming explosive mixtures.
With stepless speed regulation, wide speed range; system speed performance, energy saving effect is more significant; adopting high-frequency pulse voltage impact-resistant insulation materials and processes; independent fan forced ventilation and cooling characteristics.

1)each coming parts 100% inspected according to standard,each motor will be tested for each process,some motors will be sample tested during production,each motor will be checked again before packing.
2)Using 100% full copper 180# famous brand enamelware wire for winding.The procurement cost is at least 1000CNY/Ton expensive than the market price.
3)IE3 series motors using 800# silicon steel sheet,and IE4 and IE5 motors use high-end 270# silicon steel sheet ,0.35mm thickness silicon steel sheet to ensue that the efficiency is sufficient and the temperature rise can be stable control.

7)Our motors are dipped paint by vertical way, which is to ensure that the lead line will not have paint into hardening.

9)Our default bearing brand is Tianma or Renben bearing,which are famous big brand.
10)We use high and low temperature high-end famous brand bearing oil,to make bearing running stably with high performance.

12)Rotor:The use of hot sleeve, hot assembling (450 degrees ~500 degrees), this will make the motor balance is much higher, the rotor sheet is more uniform, and the rotor balance accuracy is much higher ,but the power consumption is higher (500 degrees), the operation risk is higher.
13)frame 315 case and bigger case, using big drilling and milling integrated equipment ,processing a knife forming, reduce multiple processes, high precision.
14)YE4 and YE5 shells are developed by our company, which are beautiful, humanized, practical, junction box design is unique and waterproof, both sides of the top can be wired, customers do not need to change the side connection to rotate the motor, the ring design is convenient to lift the motor, the shell thick space to ensure enough materials, sufficient energy efficiency.
