1.Product Description
The full name of Aramid fiber is poly (p-benzoyl-p-phenylenediamine), the English name is Aramid fiber(Teiren aramid's product name is Twaron DuPont's product name is Kevlar), is a new high-tech synthetic fiber, with ultra-high strength, high modulus and high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light weight and other excellent properties.
Its strength is 5 to 6 times that of steel wire, its modulus is 2 to 3 times that of steel wire or glass fiber, its toughness is 2 times that of steel wire, and its weight is only about 1/5 of steel wire, and it does not decompose and melt at a temperature of 560 degrees.
It has good insulation and anti-aging properties, with a long life cycle, widely used in composite materials, bulletproof products, building materials, special protective clothing, electronic equipment and other fields. The discovery of aramid is considered to be a very important historical process in the material world.

3.Product Features
Aramid composite materials are widely used in aircraft, ships, submarines, tanks, missiles, radar high-performance structural parts and special electronic equipment.
In the civil field, it is mainly used in aerospace, aviation, high performance structural parts of high-speed trains and automobiles, rail transit, nuclear power, hydropower and power grid engineering, large motor, transformer high-end insulation materials, high-performance insulation and flame retardant materials for construction, high-end circuit boards and printing, medical materials, etc.
4.Typical uses
1. High impact and crack resistance
Aramid fibers have excellent impact resistance and do not break under pressure due to their toughness and ability to absorb large amounts of energy.
2. Low density/weight
Aramid fibers have an extremely low weight, which is an advantage in the manufacture of composite materials.
3. Moderate stiffness, between glass fiber and carbon fiber
4. Wear resistance
Aramid fiber composites are already widely used in parts that wear easily, such as anti-skid plates that protect racing car engines.
5. Low dielectric constant
