Construction method:
- When the DT-A3-CE09 self-adhesive fire-resistant wrapping tape is wrapped around cables or communication optical cables for construction, the surface plastic film should be removed and wound in a 1/2 or 1/3 overlapping manner. During the implementation process, wrap the cables and communication optical cables with appropriate and slight force. At the end sealing head, stretch forcefully to make the wrapping tape wind itself for 3 to 5 turns. After cutting or tearing off, the wrapping tape can bond together by itself (when the temperature is above 20°C). If the temperature is not reached, transparent tape can be used to seal the head.
- For thick-diameter cables, the wide DT-A3-CE09 self-adhesive fire-resistant wrapping tape should be selected. For thin-diameter cables, the narrow one is better. For small diameters, they can be bundled first and then wrapped with fireproof wrapping tape. If a local fire-resistant area is to be formed, the gaps at both ends after winding can be sealed with DR-A3-XDFD-III organic fireproof blocking material.
- The DT-A3-CE09 self-adhesive fire-resistant wrapping tape is wrapped around wires or communication optical cables; when wrapping cable joints or communication optical cable joints and terminals, self-adhesive flame-retardant wrapping tapes must also be wound on adjacent equal cables or optical cables.
- The DT-A3-CE09 self-adhesive fire-resistant wrapping tape is applied in all industry fields where wires and cables or communication optical cables are widely used, especially in high-temperature environments, damp cable trenches and places where cables or communication optical cables are frequently moved.
- The DT-A3-CE09 self-adhesive fire-resistant wrapping tape can be normally constructed at temperatures above 10°C. Do not soak in water within 48 hours during and after construction. During the construction process, even if there are serious pollutants such as oil stains, dust and asphalt on the outer casing of cables and communication optical cables, this wrapping tape can also be constructed smoothly. During construction, water must not be splashed on the contact surface between wrapping tapes.
