ASY-B Series Rail Gravure Printing Machine
Use
This machine is applicable for continuous multi-color printing on reel-shape materials in good printing performance such as BOPP,OPP, PET, CPP, PE, PVC, Paper, Aluminum Foil,etc.
Feature
1.Newly improved gearbox, printing plate aligning device with clutch, high accuracy of color registeration.
2.Sealed oven, auto constant temperature system.
3.Unwinding auto tension system adopts magnetic powder brake, rewinding with torque motor, alloy guide roller in dynamic balance, make tension stable.
4.Unwinding and rewinding adopts dual-station, semi-auto material splicing without machine halt.
5.Pneumatic press roller makes pressure average and convenient.
6.Frequency speed adjustment, continuous printing on both sides.
