The main body of the product is made of PC endurance board, processed from high-performance engineering plastic polycarbonate (PC). Pressing the endurance plate into a wavy shape turns it into a solid endurance tile. In 2018, technological innovation enabled the addition of reinforced resin to the PC endurance plate, preventing it from thermal expansion, contraction, or cracking.
