Product Description
1. The body of the stripper is welded with square tubes and tempered to eliminate welding stress and ensure no deformation during long-term use. The surface of the fuselage is subject to sand blasting, shot blasting and vibration aging treatment to increase the adhesion of the paint surface, prevent the paint from falling off, oxidize and rust, and protect the fuselage. The machine body uses large gantry CNC five-face milling to process the guide rail and rack safety surface, and mechanical drilling and tapping to ensure the accuracy of the equipment. The mechanical structure is of gantry type, with stable performance and stable operation.
2. The linear square guide rail and ball slider improve the bearing capacity of the equipment, with stable operation, high processing accuracy and longer service life.
3. The direct-discharge feeder is equipped with an independent cabinet and an independent operation control system, which has obvious advantages in operation. It is easy to operate by computer control without professional technical personnel. Ordinary workers can work after training by the manufacturer.

5. The stripper is equipped with a dust collector, which can absorb the powder dust generated in the production process in time and reduce the cleaning of the equipment.
6. The straight-line feeder adopts servo drive system, which has the advantages of high precision, fast speed and cost saving.
