3.Q: How about the after service and guarantee period ?
A:Our warranty period is 12 months after the equipment arrives at the buyer's factory, we have professional installation and commissioning personnel and experienced technicians in foreign service, and do the best after-sales service to ensure that the equipment is used for life.


4. Q:What payment is acceptable?
A:30% of contract value by T/T as advance payment;   70% of contract value by T/T or L/C before delivery.

5.Q:How do you install and debug your equipment?
A:After the equipment is delivered to the customer site, our company will send technicians to the site to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment, train the operators, and provide 24-hour online video guidance until the user is completely satisfied.
