QGF type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.

| Filling Parts. 1/Uploading and dropping barrels changed from 45 degree to translatory which is more stable. 2/Nozzle can insert into 10-15cm of the barrel in order to rinse little impurities down. Rinsing pump is separately controlled by different magnetic valves. Pump only work when there is barrel on that. It can avoid the mixture of different cleaning fluid. |  |

Q 1 When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
* Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
* Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
* Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously. The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer's personal safety. Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less .
Q 2 How long time for installation?
According your machines order,we will send one or two engineers to your plant,it will take about 15 days to 30 days.
Q 3 When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shanghai port , Ningbo Port as loading port )

After getting the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us ,we will send you their contact information and arrange your visiting to their factory.
