Separate winding for odd layer and even layer winding. The wire feeding length can be set accordingly. The locking mechanism of winding form is a quick disassemble device, easy to operate. The screen can monitor all operation state of wave winding machine.

Tread wire
Adjust winding form as per required winding parameters.
Press start button, machine will automatically do winding process.
Unload winding form and transfer it to coil inserting station.
Next to the wave coils, fancy coils winding machine, coils inserting machine,
