Brief Introduction
- The fully automatic servo capping machine is an electrical integrated equipment designed and developed by our company. The machine consists of HMI, PLC, servo capping mechanism, servo bottle clamping and positioning mechanism, PPU manipulator automatic capping mechanism, automatic capping elevator and linear conveyor. It can realize the capping or pressing operation of 0.5-5L bottles, mainly meeting the automatic capping needs of the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, cosmetics industry and other industries.

- Adjustable capping speed, with torque protection function to avoid damage to the cap due to high torque

- By replacing the capping heads, it can be applied to different size bottle caps to achieve multi-purpose of one machine; replacing with a capping head, it can also press cap on bottle.
