5. Principle Of Operation( Cold Roll Surface Texturing Machine / Shot Blasting Machine )
Shot Blasting Roughing Machine For Cold Rolls is high-speed blasting grit on the mill roll surface by turbine and make so many countless and unordered strengthened rough surface on the surface of the roller, this surface roughness, uniform and high hardness roughed rollers can be directly used for rolling and leveling of cold rolled sheet (strip steel) ,it can increase the rolled speed, improve shape, reduce the surface scratches, and benefit overcome the adhesion.
Roughened steel plate (strip steel ) has good elongation and formability, good paint brightness, chemical solid coating, which is used to automobile, home appliances, electronic devices and the decorative board.
