Function:
1.This machine uses a high-strength gripper tooth row, and the open-teeth gripper mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard. The front and rear positioning and side positioning mechanisms ensure the die-cutting accuracy of the paper.
2.The main drive of this machine adopts a worm gear pair and a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism. It is connected in the form of a bearing to reduce the movement gap and avoid the impact of the worm gear. It operates smoothly, has high die-cutting pressure, and has a high-point pressure-holding function. The worm gear is wear-resistant. Made of good aluminum bronze, long service life.
3.This machine adopts three-dimensional cam indexing mechanism, pressure regulating device and pneumatic plate locking. It adopts imported chain transmission and imported pneumatic clutch.
4.The paper feed adopts the feeder paper feeding method, which reduces the requirements for paper.
5.The pneumatic plate locking mechanism can make plate changing and padding more flexible and convenient.
