CHM is non-self-priming light horizontal multistage centrifugal pump. It has compact structure with extended shaft motor and the liquid is input in axis direction and output in radius direction. The flow passage adopts the process of stainless steel plate stamping and welding, which features the pump of energy efficiency, low noise, environ-mental protection, beautiful appearance, lightweight convenient installation and maintenance, and high reliabil-ity.

The CHME series horizontal intelligent constant pressure variable frequency pump adopts a combination of variable frequency speed regulation and automation control technology, combined with the high-efficiency and energy-saving CHM non self suction lightweight horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump. The whole machine is mainly composed of CHM pump, controller, sensor, pressure tank, five way check valve, and axial seismic pressure gauge. It has the characteristics of stable performance, high efficiency and energy saving, fully automatic intelligent control, low frequency, corrosion resistance, compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, and light weight.
Functional Features
Fully automatic operation: It can start and stop automatically according to demand, and can also automatically adjust speed according to the size of water consumption to ensure constant pressure and energy saving. Cleaning and hygiene: The overcurrent components are all made of stainless steel to ensure that the water quality will not be contaminated again. Constant pressure: By using the principle of pressure tank differential compensation, the pipeline pressure is ensured to be constant.
Electrical protection: The controller is equipped with overcurrent, overload, and phase loss protection. When the controller detects an electrical fault, the display screen will show a frequency converter fault signal and automatically control the water pump to stop for protection.
Self set pressure: Within the performance range of the pump, the pressure can be set by the control panel.
Efficient and energy-saving: When the user's water consumption decreases, the controller drives the motor to run slowly, thereby reducing the actual output power of the pump. Compared to traditional power frequency motors (with constant speed), it greatly reduces the power consumption of the pump. Thereby enabling users to save electricity consumption. Achieve efficient and energy-saving effects.
