Product Description

This injera/ spring roll wrapper making machine is mainly used to make spring roll sheet, crepes, fillo pastry, egg sheet pancake, and injera in 0.2-2mm thickness. Spring roll wrapper machine can make different shape sheet, like round sheet and rectangle ones. It is suitable for food factory, restaurant, fast food restaurant etc., .

Structures:
Injera wrapper making machine includes mixer, auto batter feeding part, heating & shaping cylinder, conveying & cooling part and sheet stacking part.

Working procedures:
Mix the flour and water by mixer; then put the batter into the tank, after heated 160°C, start the batter pump button, the batter will be pumped to the nozzle. When the batter is ready, it'll be separated from the oven wheel, to be the fixed thickness spring roll wrapper. After being conveyed, the final spring roll wrapper/ injera is finished.
