The static pressure molding line consists of more than 30 sets of mechanical, electrical  control and hydraulic equipment, flasks and trolleys. It includes shakeout machine, flask separator, box surface and cavity cleaning, moulding, turnover, gate milling, air hole punching, box closing, box hook tightening, mold cooling and other processes.
