Window Patching Machine WPM680/1100
The new WPM 680/1100 from Huayue is designed to apply window from roll as well as well as a cut film by pick and place in one working step. It's designed to do roll film window pasting and corner window pasting by pick&place device two jobs at one time .
The high quality used material allows a constant gentle transport of the material by the machine and to get a high output and less waste. Many control and setup functions guaranty a perfect result, even by running with high speed. In the design of the machine was worked specifically on the user-friendliness.
The machine is equipped with a feeder, chain register, vacuum conveyor, shingling belt, facon glue unit, hot glue unit, pick&place film cut cylinder from roll. All functions and set ups are displayed on a wide touch screen.The machine can be designed according to the special product demand of customers.
