Automatic Lead Part Casting Machine
This machine is designed for fully automatic production of lead parts in battery industry, thus avoiding direct contact between operators and lead. This machine adopts PLC control. The operation is simple and convenient. One operator can operate 3~6pcs machine at the same time. In case that there is mold clamping or other fault in the production of the machine, the machine will automatically stop, and the scrap will automatically lift and return to the furnace for melting. By adopting microcomputer control, the working time of each mold is fixed and the rate of mold opening is guaranteed, thus the product quality is more stable.
Machine features:
1. The main machine is controlled by PLC + HMI, with simple operation and stable performance.
2. Automatic return of scrap for melting. The lifting system adopts the mode of optical axis slider, making up and down movement smooth and stable. There is no stuck situation (unlike other companies that only use square tube instead, which is easy to wear and jam). The moving optical axis uses high-precision optical axis and other materials to ensure the quality and stability of the equipment.
3. Mould is made of spheroidal graphite with 20 years' experience. Tensile strength is up to QT-550-650-2.0-2.5, yield strength/ plasticity/ impact toughness are greatly improved, durable deformation resistance process performance is good.
4. It is easy to replace the mold, which takes only 5 minutes.
5. The key lead outlet system is fully developed and designed independently (the first of its kind in China), which eliminates the conventional way of lead discharging in the market without lead cups, eliminates the situation of lead jamming and leaking in this area, and eliminates the problem of replacement and loss of accessories. The accessories are made of special materials and special treatment, and the service life of the lead valve is more than one year after the customer's verification.
6. The lead cup is made of stainless steel, and the external seal cover is made of stainless steel, which is more environmentally friendly and beautiful. (Other companies adopt iron sheet)
7. The motor is used to pour lead. The operation of pouring lead is stable and smooth.
8. The lead furnace is designed with an environmental protection cover for upper lead smoke, and the air outlet is reserved for on-site environmental protection device.
