In-sale Service
After placing order to our produce department, we will follow well your orders and inform you the production status. We will supply you photos.
After-sale Service
1. We have several professional trained serviceman, and we carry out an open aboard service standard, as you can see them on our website (inpackmachine.en.made-in-china.com), even including what should we do for our serviceman.
2. We can provide training your technicians, their accommodations will be free.
3. We will make the training CD and self-diagnosed VCR and send them to you to help your customers.
4. If there is any problems and wrongs on your machine, we will give you a quick reaction and solution once we receive the information from you. We will try our best at the earliest time.
5. Local service agent is available, in order to better support our local end-users, we can arrange our local agent to make installation, commission and training. Of course, if needed, we can arrange our servicemen to service you according to our company oversea service standard.
6. We guarantee the whole machine for 12 months, except the fragile parts, starting from the day which the machine is dispatched plus one month. e.g. If the machine leaves our factory on June.1st, 2016, the warranty will end on July 1st, 2017.
7. Within warranty, both mechanical and electronic parts could be replaced free of charge. All damages caused by improper use are excluded. Customers are required to send back the damaged parts no later than one month.
8. Out of warranty period, free spare parts will no longer provided.
9. Offer you 24-hour technical support.
