The creasing matrix cutter is used to cut the creasing matrix on the packaging box die-cutting template, it can cut different specifications of the creasing matrix, replacing the traditional way of manual cutting.
Compared with the traditional manual cutting, the machine is easy to operate, Equipped with Windows system, readable CAD drawing of the die, read the creasing matrix data automatically, identify the broken part in the diagram,and cut the creasing matrix required for the whole die in one click,CAD drawings can be save in computer, the reorder products can be found directly in the system,which is faster and more convenient.and helps the operator to shorten the time to make the die-cutting template, and improve production efficiency.Pneumatic device conveys creasing matrix for high precision cutting with a low loss rate and error within 0.2 mm, . Roll type crease matrix can be fully used and cheaper compared to traditional box type creasing matrix, which can save creasing matrix materials cost.
