Features of small sterilization retort
1. High-temperature short-term sterilization. The process water temperature is high, which shortens the heating time and improves work efficiency.
2. Save energy. The process water used in the sterilization process of the small sterilization pot can be recycled, saving energy, time and manpower, and reducing production costs.
3. Stable temperature control. The small sterilizing pot adopts a newly designed liquid flow switching device, which continuously switches the flow of the process water, up and down, left and right, eliminating dead spots during the sterilization process, and ensuring product quality.
4. The entire sterilization process is fully automatically controlled by PLC. The heat distribution temperature in the kettle is controlled at ±0.5°C. It can be heated in multiple stages to save energy. It is equipped with an F value measurement function and can store 100 sterilization formulas.
5. For flexible packaging products, especially large packaging, the heat penetration speed is fast and the sterilization effect is good.
6. The entire sterilization process is automatically completed in strict accordance with the preset process, eliminating the possibility of misoperation.
7. The sterilizing retort uses aluminum silicate wool and polyurethane foam for insulation, which reduces the heat loss of the sterilizing pot, saves steam energy, and meets low carbon and low emission requirements.
8. The sterilizing retort is equipped with a triple safety interlocking device, which can effectively prevent workers from misoperation and avoid accidents.
9. Use dual safety valves and dual pressure sensing controls to eliminate potential safety hazards.
