Products feature
 This labeling machine is a new concept in labeling, lt uses continuous operation to cut the label, apply the glue, and then stick it to the container instead of cutting or stacking the label in advance. The operation is simple and the operation is stable and reliable.
• The containers transferred by the conveyor belt are separated by the screw according to the spacing of the star wheel and sent to the labeling guide plate by the star wheel. The container starts to rotate and complete the labeling by the vacuum drum. During the entire labeling process, the container is tight The vacuum drum is attached and rotates synchronously with the vacuum drum, so the labeling effect is very good: flat and tight.
• The production speed can reach 38000 bottles /hour and can be connected with the filling line to produce, which greatly improves the production speed and saves costs.
• The equipment in and out of the bottle star wheel and guide, using a quick disassembly structure design, no tools can be quickly replaced. Screwless bottle entry technology can be used to prevent the screw from scratching the bottle. The intelligent lifting system of the bottle pressing head can realize automatic adjustment of the height of the bottle pressing head without manually loosening the anti-rotating shaft and locking the anti-rotating shaft before and after lifting adjustment.
• The equipment spindle and bottle inlet and outlet star wheels adopt a fully servo electronic gear system to reduce mechanical transmission errors, lower failure rates, reduce noise, improve equipment flexibility, and achieve flexible control of the equipment
